About

The internet should not have borders. The moment you are purchasing something and receive the error:

Does not ship to your country

We will connect you with a courier who can.

Where you live no longer limits what you can buy.

If the item can legally travel, we will find a route. You see one full price before you pay.

We enable our couriers to run their own forwarding business.

They buy your item locally, pack the item and send the parcel straight to you by international mail.

Our couriers choose to accept their orders.

We bring them customers, prepaid labels and the tools to grow. Couriers see every dollar of their pay before they accept a job.

Every order is checked against customs rules and declared at its real value.

Your payment is held until a courier confirms the purchase, and you get a full refund if no one takes the job within 72 hours.

FAQ · Shipping rules

What can ship, country by country.

Farroute stays current on import rules published by the customs authority of every destination. Every item is checked to ensure a successful arrival of the items in your cart before a price is shown.

How Farroute checks an order

When a product link is pasted, Farroute identifies the item and compares the item with the air rules and the destination rules. If the item cannot travel, the order form says so and names the rule. No payment is taken.

Never accepted on any route

These goods are refused by the carriers Farroute ships with, so the rule applies to every destination and every route.

Courier pay

The parcel comes to you. You ship on your schedule, not in thirty minutes.

No driving to strangers. No racing a timer. No hoping for a tip.

Three things this job does not have

A clockThe parcel arrives at your address and waits. You have 3 days to drop the parcel at DHL or USPS. Take the parcel on your way to work, on your way to the shops, or on a Saturday morning. Nobody is counting your minutes.
A car requirementYou are not driving to a customer. There is one trip, to a carrier point you already pass. Grocery delivery pays mileage because driving is the real cost of that job. Here that cost is close to zero.
Tip rouletteOn a grocery app close to half of what a shopper earns is tips, so nearly half the pay depends on a stranger deciding after the fact. Farroute shows one number before you accept, and that number is the whole number.

How the pay works

You are paid for each parcel you handle, and the figure is on the request before you accept. The figure does not change with the price of what is inside, because your work is the same either way.

Rates not set yet The per parcel figure, the extra for a large or heavy parcel, and the extra for a distant drop-off point are still being set. This page publishes the amounts once they are fixed.

Farroute buys the item and Farroute buys the shipping label. There is nothing to put on your own card and nothing to claim back. Payouts land every week, to a bank account in your country, for every parcel that reached its customer.

Every request shows the item, the destination and the pay before you decide. There is no acceptance rate, no scheduling and no penalty for saying no.

Each parcel can weigh up to 20 kg (44 lb). Its longest side can be up to 100 cm (39 in), and its length plus girth (the distance around the box) up to 200 cm (79 in). That covers most everyday orders, such as shoes, clothing, a laptop or a small kitchen appliance. A few destinations have lower limits, and your quote will tell you if yours does. Each box can weigh up to 30 kg (66 lb) and measure up to 120 × 80 × 80 cm (47 × 31 × 31 in). An order can include several boxes. Heavy or large boxes may include a handling fee, which is always shown in your quote. A few destinations have lower limits, and your quote will tell you if yours does.
